PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Excellent legal training, evidenced by an outstanding academic record (in particular, by the quality of written work).
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent level of French (especially in writing) and good command of Dutch and English
  • Specialized in tax law or ready to specialize
  • Sense of responsibility and excellent work organization

MISSIONS ASSIGNED

  • Provide clients with advice and consultation in the fields of tax and property law, and assist them in litigation proceedings where necessary.
  • Prepare and/or draft consultations, reports, conclusions, briefs or motions, draft opinions, as well as reasoned requests addressed to the tax authorities (e.g. requests to the Advance Rulings Department).
  • Attend hearings and defend cases
  • Participate in the active management of the practice as part of a team
